1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).
  • The product does not match the description on our website.

Important: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3–5 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Digital products, software, or gift cards

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via mobile banking.

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you may exchange the product for the same item (subject to stock availability). In case of a price difference, you may need to pay the balance or receive a partial refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), EasySourceBD will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and follow the standard return process.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is visibly damaged at delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our support team.
If items are missing from your order, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
